How do you upload the digital item to sell?

If I have a word doc as a digital file in my items for my shop, how do I upload it so they can download it immediately?

Bumping, does anyone have an answer for this? I cannot find where to upload my file for my digital product listing. Is this not an option???

HI, no it is not an option.  Manually send at time of purchase.
