How do I see which customers are nearing a loyalty reward?

How do I see which customers have earned a loyalty reward or are nearing a loyalty reward? I do not see this option in the customer filters or loyalty reports/activity.

Hi @Rusticseasons and welcome to the Community.

You can do this on the POS app and the Dashboard!

On the Dashboard: 

• Go to > Customers and choose > Directory
• Click on the blue header for > All Customers 
• Select > Nearing A Loyalty Reward​​​​​​​

On the App:

• Select > Customers 
• Click the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner
• Select > View Groups
• Select > Nearing A Loyalty Reward
