I run a small business that has just begun using Square for Restaurants in the last month. The main issue my bartenders are having is that when they go into the beer menu, once a certain item is selected square automatically returns to the home menu screen. Is there a setting somewhere that will prevent this from happening? In essence they would have to manually return the screen to the main food and beverage menu.
Hey there, @Chris_0206. There is a setting. Go to your online dashboard > Device Management > Service Settings > Menu behavior. There you will find a toggle to will allow you to “stay in place” after adding items to the transaction.
