How do I find my hardware purchase receipt?

I purchased a chip ready but cannot find the square receipt for it.  I was hoping Square's website would have a history of my purchases, but so far I haven't been able to find anything.  Need help.  Thank you

So sorry for the trouble finding your purchase receipt for your hardware. We can help clarify a bit! If you were signed into your account when making your purchase, you can find your order number and receipt in your Account & Settings tab on the Online Dashboard. The steps are as follows:

 

  • Sign into the Online Dashboard
  • Select Account & Settings
  • Click the Square Accessories drop-down
  • > Order Status

If you were not signed in when placing your order, you should have received an order confirmation email with an attached receipt.

 

Also, if none of these options get you where you need to be, you can reach out to our Support Team for further help.

This is ridiculous. Whenever the square developers team makes an update to the software they move around everything and then these answers are obsolete. There has to be something that can be done to solve this, otherwise 6 years down the line the community's entire database is useless
