I've tried reaching out to customer service multiple times about this topic, and have been told this is not possible. However, I've seen an old article on here that says it should be.
Has anybody else run into this issue?

From the linked thread it appears to be a server-side option that needs to be turned on by calling in to support and can't be done any other way. once they enable it you will be able to directly download the card numbers file when exporting.
I've been in contact with at least 3 representatives that say this is not possible.
Wondering who it is I can find that knows anything about this.
