How do I display an item online, but have it only available to purchase in store?

I have quite a few items without product images. Many of my vendors are small yarn dyers and don't provide them, nor do I have the ability to take photos that can realistically capture the colors.  I want to let customers know I carry specific yarns, but they are only available in-store.  I want the name to be searchable or found in a particular category, but have them available for in-store purchase only.

Unfortunately there is not a way to set this up exactly as you were looking to do so (with items in categories and a searchable name). A workaround for this could be adding in Text Elements or Text and Image Elements from your site editor. From there you can add in any images and descriptions for any items, and add a note that these items are only available in-store.
