I created a couple of forms and used myself as a test dummy.
How do I delete the form entries that I created?
Hello @AmyCraig,
Thank you for posting in the Seller Community.
What system or section of our point of sale did you create a form in? Can you by chance provide a screenshot?
Please let me know by replying in this thread. I'll keep an eye out for your response.
Hello Alex,
The form is under the online section under website.
If I click on each topic, it pulls up what is in there, but no where to delete an entry.
Hello @AmyCraig,
Thank you for your patience. After looking into this with our Online Store Team, currently we do not have a way to delete those entries.
We definitely see how it could benefit your business model. Our teams are constantly looking through our seller's feedback to make necessary improvements, and we will be sure to let you know if anything ever changes or if new updates are released.
Thank you for the reply. I look forward to this option in the future
Just wondering if your team has figured out a way for us to delete a form entry? Every time I open the app the old form entries (which have been read) pop up as new items to check. Can they be deleted like deleting an item, etc? Thank you in advance.

I'm waiting for this, too. Will it ever be possible to delete form entries?
I know right. Every time I open Square I get a pop up that I have a new message. Ugh.
Is the option to delete and update unnecessary form entries ever going to be available? I really don't want to have to keep remembering who doesn't need to be on the list or have people submit another form when they made a mistake in the email address.
Can Square programmers just add a check box and options to EDIT or DELETE?
I will pass your feedback and request over to the Square Online product team @OnLineSeller.
Hi, I'd like the ability to delete form entries also; some entries in our account are over 2 years old.

Hi @KR7,
Welcome to The Seller Community! Happy to see a new face.
Although this feature isn’t currently available with Square, it’s a great idea and I can see how it would be beneficial to your business. You can submit a feature request here. To learn more about how feature requests work, please see this post from one of our Seller Community Moderators.
In the meantime, keep an eye out for any updates, here, in our Seller Community. We appreciate your input! 🙂
This is also a security risk for customers. It feels wrong to have a record of all the things they have submitted. Is there any updated on this??
Can we get this feature moved up - how hard can it be to put in a delete button?
I agree. A delete and edit button is needed ASAP. Wix has the option. I'm highly considering switching plans.
So.... the original request was put in over two years ago and I haven't seen it implemented yet.... if I missed it, please tell me how to do it.
Hey there, @OnLineSeller & @RMTsj -
At the moment, this still has not been added to the roadmap for Square Online. You are able to edit the information, if needed - but being able to delete the form entirely is not possible.
If you haven't yet, I would recommend heading over to our Ideate Board to post this as a Feature Request for our Product Team. There you can add your voice or create a new post for our Community Moderators will update when we have more information.
Thank you!
I did submit the feature request.
How can I edit the information? Not the form, but the information the person submitted. The wrong email address was submitted and I just need to correct it. I have several that are wrong, and the correct address was submitted later so now the person has TWO entries and I have to remember to remove them (and all the other duplicates) every time.
Hi @OnLineSeller - Thanks for following up on this thread.
I reached out to the Square Online Store team and they confirmed that the ability to edit the information after it has been submitted by the customer would be a feature request.
I hope this information is helpful but please do let me know if you have any additional questions.
