When I issue a refund, I am given a list or "reasons". Where can I define additional reasons to select from?

While you cannot create custom reasons, you can select Other and then write in the reason:

We would still like the ability to add custom refund reasons just like we can add Void & Comp reasons.

Suggestion: please add 'out of stock' to the list. This is the #1 reason we refund.
