How do I check loyalty points of customer

A customer came up to one of my cashiers and said they had a lot of loyalty points, enough to get the top tier item 6 times for free. I wanted to look into it but am unable to see the points our customer earned/ have accumulated. Is there a way for me to view that?

Hello @bosadonutsaz!

From the Point of Sale app, you'll click on Customers, then type in the phone number of the customer you're wanting to find Loyalty info for. You'll definitely want to make sure you're only searching by the customer's phone number since that's how Loyalty points track.

From there their profile will pull up and you can view their points!
