How can I set up a team passcode on the Square Register and Square Terminal?

Need to set a common passcode for bar staff to login to the Register and Terminal. Dont want to setup individual account. Just a passcode they can all use

Hey there, @curlym! Thanks for your post.

You can use a team passcode on Square Point of Sale, but this option isn't available if you're using Square for Restaurants or Square for Retail. For Square for Restaurants or Retail, personal passcodes are required for team members.

A workaround is to create a new team member called "Bar Staff" with its own personal passcode. You can then provide this passcode to your team. Keep in mind, however, that this won't allow you to track individual team member sales, but it will provide a single passcode for your team to use.
