How can I process a refund without going to the transaction area?

We had taken a cash payment for a workshop, but do not know the date etc., but we needed to do a partial refund of $10.

you are not able to start a refund without finding the receipt.

so if you can't find the specific cash sale you could select a different cash sale and start a refund on that, IT isn't ideal but at tleast it will get your books straight.
