How can I disable the time interval on the customer confirmation emails? I don't want the customer confirmation emails to list a time that the order will be ready.
It's not currently possible to entirely remove this estimate from order confirmations, @redhenbaking.
The timeframe shown in this notification will be based on your settings (such as prep time, delivery estimate, etc) - if you haven't already played with these settings, they may be worth taking another look at so you can try to make it so that notifications match the actual anticipated "ready" time.
