How can I change the shipping address instead of using the verified physical address?

How can I change the shipping or pickup address so my physical address does not show on the customer's receipt?  Please help.  Thank you.

Hi @azfarms2table, I appreciate you taking the time to reach out!

 

To manage the information on your customer's receipt, feel free to follow these steps below:

  1. Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Settings > Account & Settings > Payments > Receipts.
  2. Under Business, toggle on Show location to show the location name on your receipt, but unfortunately you cannot edit this information. It would be associated with the address listed on your account.

We do offer the option of removing the store address from paper receipts though:

  1. Sign in to Square Dashboard and go to Settings > Account & Settings > My business > Locations.
  2. Click a location then click Edit location.
  3. Under Business address, change the Location type to Mobile location.
  4. Click Save.
