How Can I Optimize Square for Restaurants to Better Track Online Orders?

Hi Square Community,

I'm currently exploring ways to streamline the workflow of a small restaurant using Square for Restaurants, especially when it comes to managing online and third-party delivery orders more efficiently.

While I really like the interface, I'm having trouble figuring out how to track incoming orders in real time across platforms like Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc., without missing updates or duplicating effort.

Is there a way to better integrate or automate this within Square’s ecosystem? I run a tech blog called SearchEngineRealm and would love to share an optimized setup example with my audience too — ideally something that’s beginner-friendly and doesn’t require much custom coding.

Any guidance, tips, or best practices would be highly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Hello @searchenginerea,

Thanks for reaching out! I'm happy to help.

In Square for Restaurants, there’s an Orders tab where you can manage incoming orders. Would that setup work for your needs?

I'll also tag a few Super Sellers who may be able to share their insights and experiences. @SSB_YVR @LukeNieuw @artizansty @pigsnoseinn
