Recently there were software updates that have changed our home screen and removed the 4 categories and then removed existing discounts...has anyone else had this issue?
Yes, my categories are gone. When I set them back up, they disappeared. I tried setting up my categories (favorites, discounts) 4 times throughout the day because they just keep disappearing. Also, CashApp option has appeared on the payment screen facing the customer -- I can't figure out how to remove it/turn it off.
