Every time someone orders and pays for an online order, they never show up in my daily reports when totaling out shifts on the iPad POS we use in the lobby.
It does look like they appear in my reports when I sign into the website dashboard.
Anyone know how to get our online orders to appear in the daily reports totals?

My bet is that your tablet is set to only see its own data instead of the whole company.
When you open the reports on the iPad, tap on the date at the top of the report screen. On this next screen, make sure All Devices is selected in the Filter By Device section and that All Team Members is selected in the Filter By Team Member section. That should give you all the data you need.
