The HST is not calculating on services when creating invoices through the dashboard. When the service is set up, the HST is selected. In the invoice module when the service is selected, the HST does not calculate unless I open the item, scroll to the bottom and select HST. Any product (item) that is selected on the same invoice as the service, has the HST calculating properly. So far I have caught the missing HST, but not sure if I will every time.
When an invoice is created on the POS (tablet) there is no issue with the HST calculating properly on services. All our items (services and products) are created on the dashboard, not through the POS.
