Google Free Product Listings options not available in online sales channels

Hi, I'm trying to set up Google free listings and eventually shopping ads for my business. But when I go to Account & Settings > Online Sales Channels I do not see Google Free Product Listings. Is this not available for my current plan or is there something else I am missing?

For you Google Tracking Tools, you can find them on your Online Dashboard.
