(Fix Scheduled) Low stock alerts don't show new out-of-stock items

The title of this thread has been edited by a Square Moderator from the original: "Low stock alerts don't show new out-of-stock items any more! Useless now."

Hi, the low stock alert emails we get have changed in the last couple of days. They used to show which items were newly out of stock and then list of ones that were previously out of stock. Now they just show them all in one list and there's no way to tell which are new ones. It's useless to me now since I don't always re-order things right away. Can you please change it back to the way it was?

We are having the same issue. It is completely useless now. I made a phone call, but the person I spoke with did not mention that reverting it was an option. Hopefully they will fix it very soon!

Hello everyone @will6 @Happymessart @LizB21 @IAMBooksBoston , our team has rolled out the changes to the low stock alert that will now include the new and previous items that are low in stock in the email in separate sections. I appreciate you guys so much for bringing this to our attention and hanging in there while we fix this.
