Facebook Reviews

Getting Facebook reviews is and was a great concept from Squareup. However, our business specializes in custom engagement rings. NONE of our clients buy four engagement rings per year!! This is of no use to us. Why not just ask after any amount of purchase?? As the sellers we should have the option of setting the trigger?? Instead of having preset to four. 

 

Or am I missing something?? I do apologize in advance if I have, I just can't see it anywhere.

Alright thanks again for hanging in there, @TJ2 you can change the settings in the "Regular" customer group, make it for one visit, and even change the time period. To do this go to Customers>Directory>Select Regulars in the drop-down menu>Edit Group, and a box will come up to adjust customer visit Settings. I am including a screenshot as well.

I do not have the option of setting to 1 visit. Minimum that appears is 3. Which again does not work for us, as we specialize in engagement rings and custom designs. People just don't buy 3 or 4 engagement rings per year. (traditionally that is)  🙂 

 

As I've mentioned up above, most of our clients come in once. It may be years if they come back to get a matching band designed. This isn't working at all.

Lack of support and communication on other issues going on. I've been bounced around to three different people, and all stopped communication. It's been over two weeks now.

I apologize for the delayed response @TJ2, didn't mean to leave you hanging at all!  After doing some testing it appears that the minimum is going to be 3 because this functionality works on the "Regulars" group of the directory, and the minimum # of visits that you can set for a customer to become a 'regular' is 3. I do want to make sure I am doing everything I can to investigate this before I advise you to submit a feature request. I do greatly appreciate your patience while I am continuing to work with our team to investigate this. 🙏
