[FEATURE REQUEST] Scale Support Square for Restaurant

Hi Team, with our newly added support of decimals in Square for Restaurants comes the next question. 

When the support for scales will be added for Square for Restaurants? It's great to have the possibility to add the decimal values and not have that "Unsupported Item" shown, but would be great to have the weight being automatically added to the item. I'm talking about specifically for Square Register and the scales sold by Square itself.

Here is a list of Compatible Scales with Square : compatibility/accessories/scales   6 out of the 7 listed work with Register

Here is the formatting required for Price Embedded Barcode labels : 7419-scanning-bar-codes-from-label-printing-scales-on-point-of-sale

They are compatible with Square Register, not necessarily with Square for Restaurants. 

At the moment I believe they only work with Square Point of Sale.

I believe that scales may only work with POS and Retail. 

This is why: 

Scales supported with Square hardware allow for you to sell items by weight. USB scales are not supported on Square for Restaurants.

Not sure why that is.
