Editing Full Inventory Count

I'm doing a full inventory count and I accidentally entered too many for a couple of items. How do I go back and change that number?

On a computer in a web browser like Chrome open your Square Dashboard , then Items and search for the Item(s) you miss entered.  Scoll down the Page till you see the Stock number on Hand or a Count if it is a variation.  This will open another page where you can edit the Stock count, choose Re-count Inventory and enter the correct amount.  I believe you can do it similarly in the Square app on a Tablet or cell by tapping More in the Bottom right then Items and again search for the item.

Can you override the count before completing the full count? Instructions for the full inventory count says I can but I see no option to override.

Any progress figuring this out? I have not been able to figure this out as well.

I’m afraid not. And no time to sort it out. Maybe next year!
