Dynamic automatic gratuity

give us a feature where we can do multiple different percentages for automatic gratuity 

for dine in larger parties we do 20%

but for Togo phone orders we do 10%

we can’t do that currently.

this would help us so much

Because you can set different percentages for different dining options (dine in/ to-go). 

You can use the preset options or add more if you need more granular dining options ( Items > Settings > Dining Options > Edit Dining options). 

Referring to your initial post, you'll need to create an option named Dine-in (Party of 4) and configure the rule to add 20% when the ticket is set for that option. 

It's not a perfect solution, but it's what we have at the moment. Feel free to adopt this workaround. If it doesn't work for your biz, trash the idea.
