Does anyone ever get a better processing rate with square? ROUND 2

I've made this thread once and I would like to not switch from square. But it seems like the offer of getting a lower processing rate is a myth. I've asked several times, been told I'm being given to their "escalation team" and that they will call me in 2-3 business days. But they never actually reach out. Here is a thread I made about this previously and got the same treatment (ironically) as I've been complaining about. I will figure out how to switch off square. This is probably the last time I'm going to bring this up before I actually reach out to others and try to switch. Paid 33k in fees so far this year

I do have a lower rate and I know 3 of my 4 business friends also with Garden centers do.  I have both a great experience and a let's say a not so great one.

My first time getting a new rate was almost 10 years ago and the last one was last year or the year before.  First one went off without a hitch and got a call and talked a bit and got a call back a few days later with a new rate based on our volume and high average sale ($98).  The second time was just the opposite.  Emails, calls, and messages on here, and took maybe 6-8 weeks to get it started.  Lots of messages on chat and in email that a member would reach out to me, then silence.  In the end it worked out, but that was a very poor customer service experience.

It is worth the hassle because it is just saving you money every day.

@Bakery3 sorry that you've been running into trouble around this! I sent this up to our account management team for further review as well. Please send an update here in a few days if you haven't heard anything and I'll touch base again!
