Discount for Purchase amount

I see there is a discount for Quantity but how is there no discount for a purchase amount?  For example spend $20 get 5% off, spend $30, get 10% off.  This kind of discounting is table stakes for other platforms, and it's a little odd it's not available or am I missing a way to apply a discount based on a cart/purchase amount?

Hello @CColotti , I think there is an option for this; if you scroll down in the window when you are creating your discount, you should see an area to "set minimum spend".

Ah for some reason my screen would not scroll to see it...different browser and it did...odd..
