Did anyone encounter problems when trying to print out a shipping label for online orders?

I kept getting into square promotions page or "road map" page instead of printing shipping labels. I had to use edge browser to make it work. I guess it's only a problem if you use firefox.

These were the links to virtually any way to get to shipping. I wonder if the devs ever heard of firefox or they're too busy to bother testing their stuff on a browser other than their own.

I am trying to understand what happened here. The links you posted are the links that take you to referrals and the roadmap. Are you saying when you click on something to print shipping labels, it takes you here? Just trying to understand. My apologies if I have the situation wrong.

Yes, when I click parts of the tab that appears on the right side of the screen when you click an order, which includes address information, I either get this link or the other link, instead of a small menu that includes "ship". I have no issues if I use edge browser so it's likely browser related.
