I just pulled a report that shows approx. 25 declined transactions. Some are multiple or repeating. Have these payments gone through and how would a retailer know? We have yet to see a problem upon check out, however, this list shows otherwise. How do I ensure we have received our payments? The tally to a terrific amount of money.

if you are talking about the list here, these are transactions where are card was declined at the time of sale for being over the limit or whatever reason. you would have asked the client for another form of payment at the time of the transaction. If you look you will see a transaction after these declines with a different card or cash if the customer proceeded with the transaction.
