Daily Sales Summary Help

Hi, all

on the daily summary email, the top selling items are shown as below but the values are different to what is expected. For example the top glass is £5 each. 23 x £5 is £115 not £95.86. Similarly the cheese plates are £15 each.

any ideas why the numbers don’t align as I would expect.

I would like gather some more information, so I get a better picture on what you're experiencing with the Sales Summary. 

Have you compared the email to the Sales Summary within your Dashboard? If so, are those number similar or different? 

Normally, when there are discrepancies within a report - it can be chalked up to taxes, gift cards, fees, etc. being included or excluded in that particular report.
