I have a customer who I know did not unsubscribe from our marketing emails, but now it shows unsubscribed and there is no way for me to change it. Also, I unsubscribed my personal email to see if I would get notification in our square marketing (which I did for me, but not anyone else who is mysteriously unsubscribed now), and I can not re-subscribe to my own emails. I went through the square profile and it says the email was sent to me but I did not get it. I am extremely frustrated with a paid service that doesn't work.
