Tonight rec'd this message from Square:
"A customer left you negative feedback (#7vFQ)" after Customer left us negative feedback in retaliation for charging them a $20 Processing Fee for violating the Code of Conduct of our Agreement. Customer's rambling narrative incl. untruths and deceitful omissions. How can we best correct the Record to remove this unfair slander on our business?
