Hi!
I'm wondering what are some ways you add revenue to your retail space in the off-season or not?
For example a lady across the street from my shop owns a head shop or glass smoke shop. Recently, she has started using the shop as an escape room even during regular business hours. So does groups of 10-30 people @ $20 bucks a person for 30min at a time. I'm wondering if anyone else does something similar?
