Creating a shipping label

Hey Gang,

I'm trying to create a shipping label. When I get to the end of the process, I get an error message saying my Canada Post account isn't registered? 

Has anyone else run into this issue? I have a Canna Post small business account linked to my Square business page.

I'm not familiar with this particular error. Do the Canada Post rates reflect on the checkout page? Can you post a link to your site so we can take a look?
