Contact a cusromet

Recently I tried to contact someone who placed an order with my business only to be confronted with an option called "Messanger Pkus"  if square processed the order from the customer and have been paid the fees associated, why should I have to pay extra to send them a message on something they ordered.  

 

Square has been paid for there part, they are Nickle and dimeing us to death.  The Synched my website and ALOT was lost and basically said--oh well- so further time and money lost due to changes at square..

 

The message plus is the most idiotic thing to charge  for me to contact someone who has already paid for items.

We use message plus, It is great for the business number and the emailed voice mails. We previously used Freedom Voice and I think part the 10.00 a month is the fee they pay for the phone number, because that is what we use to pay Freedom Voice. 

 

One thing to know, If the customer doesn't have a phone number or email listed, then message plus will not work either.
