Checks Are Not Showing Up on Square Register.

I have a food truck. On the square register, when I hit "view checks" nothing shows up. I can only see checks under "transactions."  

I have spent hours trying to figure it out. I have a big event today and this will be a problem.

Any suggestions?

Hello @Jiggy, I am sorry you are having some issues viewing your checks on the register. To be clear where you are trying to view them from? Also, is the register and app up to date?
