Someone is trying to buy some of our items, but it keeps saying the items requested is no longer available for the location. She is trying to use PayPal. It worked fine for other people who ordered. I don't want to miss out on a sale.

Sounds like your items are out of stock. Have you checked the inventory levels and replenished them?
The item were not out of stock.
Gotcha! I suggest giving CS a holler so they can dive into your account settings and spot the problem.
