Can anyone help with reorganising categories in the ‘items & services’ section?
They are either sorted alphabetically or by hierarchy.
i want this to reflect in my online store.

The process for arranging categories in Square Online has changed a little over time, but here’s how you can update the display order:
1. Head to your Online Overview page and select Edit Site.
2. In the Site Editor, go to your Shop All page.
3. On the right side of the editor (the site template), click on the Item List section.
4. Hover over your category list until a blue box appears, then click on it.
5. You’ll see an option to Arrange & add category links, click on that.
6. On the Categories page, select Rearrange at the top, then drag and drop categories into your preferred order.
7. Click Done rearranging to save your changes.
8. Back in the Site Editor, refresh the page to see your updated category order.

I'm also having trouble printing online orders from my terminal.
They only appear on my mobile and not on the terminal.
My total sales are also not showing as an overall balance with online payments and payments taken on the terminal.
Is there a way to combine these and to also print my tickets?
Hi, Category Links is not an option in Item List of Site Editor. I see Category Menu or Category Title. There is no way of rearranging categories anymore (only finding out of date information in Square help), not to mention inability to mark new categories visible in Online store, just in POS.
@awkwardpastry Did you ever find a solution for this? This has been massively annoying. I've sorted my categories in the item library, but it seems like the website ignores that sorting.
