Categories and items on my dashboard are not showing up on the terminal

I have entered new categories and items that are for sale on my dashboard They are not available on the terminal This seems to be a problem since the last update

I’d like to investigate this further. Could you provide the following details:

1. What version of the Terminal app are you using? 

2. Have you tried signing out and back into the device?

3. Do you have the multiple locations? Are the items/categories assigned to specific locations.
4. Which items are not showing on the Terminal?
