All of my open tables have vanished, I have a full restaurant. Customers want to pay but I don't have any bills to print

Could you please provide some additional details on what has happened? Did you notice that the tickets disappeared after an update, or did it seem to be caused by anything in particular? Since you posted this yesterday, were you able to get this resolved?

The open tickets just disappeared during service. Customers were asking for their bills but they weren't there.
I emailed customer support and received an email back basically telling me to turn it on and off again. Not really helpful as we are a busy pub/restaurant and to turn off our registers during service was not possible. The issue was resolved after a couple of hours. I'm not sure how. Customer support said that they were aware of the issue and were working to fix it and suggested I check for updates on the link however there were no known issues showing. I haven't had an update to let me know what the problem was.
It could have been something that staff did in error but not knowing the reason means I can't prevent it happening again.
