Canceled order/refund?

I went in to an order last night 24 March, to cancel ONE item by using the square app. It asked me to select all the items. I hit the back arrow and closed out of the window. I went back in several minutes later and the process came up again. I selected the ONE item I wanted to cancel fr ok m the customers order and now all 5 items have been canceled. When I cancel an order does the customer get a refund or am I responsible for refunding her the money. Customer paid through PayPal. Please help!!

Would you mind clarifying your question a bit, here? Are you referring to cancelling or refunding orders made through your Online Store? I am thrown off by your mention of PayPal - whom, to my knowledge, we do not integrate with currently.

 

I will keep an eye out for your response!

I’ve need to cancel the website for months now. I can’t find anywhere to get them to quit charging me for the professional plan. It’s ridiculous at this point

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble cancelling your plan. You will need to log into your Square account, and navigate to the Square Online dashboard by clicking the Online link on the left side of the screen. 

 

Next, click Account Settings from the drop down in the top right corner, then click My Services. You will see a link to manage the subscription or auto renewal of the service you wish to cancel. 

 

You can also reach out to the support team to request any qualified refunds. A refund by the support team would also automatically cancel the service.
