Can't Print Labels on Square Plus

We had square for retail plus for $60 a month. They changed us to Square Plus @ $50 and said we get everything we currently use. We lost the ability to print labels for products, which is ridiculuous. Wants us to upgrade to the $150 a month plan just to get that feature. Why wouldn't a retail software allow you to print labels. We are now looking at other pos systems. The hook you and then change everything on you. I've been so livid today I've been posting everywhere online about this.

According to the square website here: https://squareup.com/us/en/point-of-sale/retail/pricing Barcode printing is including in the Square Plus plan. What system are you using to print labels? The interface is different depending upon where you are printing from (i.e. laptop, register, iPad, etc.).

I am going to tag a moderator- hopefully they can help you, but you should STILL have label printing functionality

Thanks for flagging this @DinaLRosenberg and I'm sorry you are running into this @choster. You should have the ability to print labels when on the Square Plus plan. Just to echo Dina's questions, can you share a bit more about what devices you are using, are you seeing the button for printing label greyed out or is it not visible at all within your Square Dashboard or devices that you are using? 

If you can share more information on your workflow and details of what is happening, it will help us investigate what is happening.
