Hello!
My question is - if an item is out of stock is there a way online shoppers can order the item so that when my inventory gets replenished, the customer would have one that is pre-paid and I can contact them to let them know the order can be fulfilled?
I replenish my inventory weekly, so they wouldn't have to wait long for the item. 
Or - is there an option to have a second button, like "Special Order" if the item isn't normally stocked, but we could order the item just for them?

In order to make sure i'm understanding, what website builder did you use to create your site (Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy, WooCommerce etc.)? Also, can you provide the URL to your website/page? Thank you!

Thank you for your patience. I've escalated this inquiry to our Online Store Team and they can confirm that this is currently a feature request, meaning we do not have a way to pre-order items that are out of stock.
We definitely see how it could benefit your business model. Our teams are constantly looking through our seller's feedback to make necessary improvements, and we will be sure to let you know if anything ever changes or if new updates are released.
