Can a customer update or change a bad review after the problem has been resolved? Customer and I worked to resolve the problem, but she can't get back to the review to update it. How can I tell her to proceed?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for customers to edit their feedback. This would be a feature request, which you can file here. However, note that feedback is only visible on your Dashboard and is not public.
