Needing a way to have people order from their tables, have the order go directly to our KDS system and then notify customer that order is ready with a text. Is there anything that will make this happen? For a program that was developed "for restaurants" this system is lacking in so many areas. I would hope in this COVID era, they would make non-contact ordering and notifications a priority.
