Can I use square stand and barcode reader without internet?

I run firework tents/trailers and sometimes the hot spot coverage drops during the day. If we lose our Internet connection will we still be able to ring up sales using the stand and barcode scanner while not connected to the internet?

If you've enabled offline mode in the settings, yes, you'll be able to ring up sales without internet up to the limit you set.  (If a transaction is declined once you reconnect to the internet there isn't much you'll be able to do...hence the upper limit is usually set to $200.)  Also, you can't redeem gift cards without internet, since it has to be able to check the gift card balance remotely.
