Can I use any USB Cash Drawer with Square Stand?

How do I conver cash drawer with phone line to usb. I don’t want to buy a printer for square stand. I bought usb converter and cash drawer is still not being recognized

a converter won't work as there is more to a USB cash drawer than just the plug, there is a computer chip in it that the stand is communicating with.  the phone line interface from the printer is power only so there isn't any communication.
