Can I update the language on online order confirmation emails that are sent to customers?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Donor Receipts.

I need help with receipt language. I have a website at Site123  for a non profit. Square is the Credit Gateway . The donor receipts say Thanks for Shopping which is not good for a nonprofit donation. How can I change this.? I have put in Custom language for a thank you but I still get the same message.  Thank you

I've taken a close look at your most recent receipts, and I can see that the "Thanks for shopping with us" message isn't actually appearing on the Square Digital Receipts themselves.

Based on your case history, it appears that this messaging is coming from the order confirmation emails that are automatically sent when a donation is processed through your donation link.

Here's what you should know:

Square Digital Receipts can be customized with your logo, business information, and a custom message at the bottom through your Square Dashboard (Settings > Account & Settings > Payments > Receipts).

Order confirmation emails, however, use a standard template that currently doesn't allow for customization of the default messaging like "Thanks for shopping with us."
