If I get an order wrong and need to go back and retroactively change the items, how would I do that?
Hi @smccray. Currently, once an order has been paid/closed there is no way to change anything about it. And, unfortunately since it seems like you are using Restaurants, I can not think of any possible work-around. Can you be more specific about why you are wanting to change the transaction, giving a few examples of what was entered wrong and needs to be corrected? If you do that, I might be able to come up with a workaround for you. No promises, but anything is possible!
