Can I create recurring preorder dates with weekly order cut-off times? Message

Hi,

I'm setting up an artisan sourdough bakery using Square Online and I'm trying to recreate the ordering experience I previously had on another platform.

We only bake specific products  on specific days each week (Wednesday, Friday and Saturday), and each product requires 48 hours' notice.

I'd like customers to see only those collection dates when ordering, rather than being able to choose any day.

Ideally, I would like to create recurring weekly fulfilment dates with order cut-off times, for example:

• Wednesday collection – orders close Monday at 18:00
• Friday collection – orders close Wednesday at 18:00
• Saturday collection – orders close Thursday at 18:00

Is this possible using Sell as preorder, or is there another recommended way to configure this in Square Online?

If possible, I'd also like to know:

1. Can the preorder schedule repeat automatically every week?
2. Can the same preorder schedule be applied to multiple products instead of configuring every item individually?
3. Can customers only see and select the available baking dates during checkout?
