When employees run shift reports, it will show and print the report, then the report screen will go blank and the app will be frozen requiring the app to be restarted. Been ongoing since the last update a week or two weeks ago.

-Make sure your device is up-to-date.
-Turn your mobile device off and then back on.
-If you don’t have any pending offline payments, uninstall the app from your device and download it again from your app store.
