I am trying to create an order for pickup. The available options don't seem to offer everything I need. I am trying to set up a purchase of a product that the customer will pick up later and pay when they pick up. It must also reserve the stock so that the item cannot be purchased by someone else online. It must also show the order in the orders screen so that our staff can manage the order with the other orders for pickup (created online). This would also allow us to print the order on the order printer to attach to the item being set aside for pickup.
Invoices are fine but they cannot create an order for pickup, and an invoice itself doesn't print well to the order printer.
Orders through the Virtual Terminal work great except that you cannot delay payment.
Open Tickets are neat but they do not reserve stock. Also, the printed ticket is missing key info such as customer details and paid status.
Anyone have any ideas?
